When you contact a business that uses Unshakeable AI, you may receive automated and/or live SMS text messages in response to your inquiry, including qualifying questions and appointment scheduling confirmations.
Message frequency varies depending on your conversation. Typically, you will receive messages only in direct response to your inquiry and any necessary follow-ups.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.
Some responses may be generated by an automated system. If you have questions or require assistance beyond what the automated system can provide, your message will be flagged for a team member to follow up.
Unshakeable AI facilitates communication on behalf of client businesses but does not guarantee appointment availability, pricing, or service outcomes. All service agreements are between you and the business you contacted.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
